Today we had our character assembly.  Congratulations to our caring award recipients!

We also checked in on our stem experiment.  Here is what we saw.  Ask your child to tell you how the celery leaves changed colour.

Our first spelling test was today.  Students bring home their marked test, and keep track of the words they have spelled correctly in their spelling books at school.  They did a great job on their tests!

We also had art today.  We are working on pumpkin drawings with pastels, using warm colours for the pumpkin and cool colours for the background.  We need more time next week to work on these art pieces. Pictures will be posted when they are complete!

The Thanksgiving food drive is on next week.  We are collecting non-perishable food items.
